2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. This allows us to provide the basic features of the App for free.

3. Device Permissions

• Camera: Used only for features such as scanning equipment nameplates or error codes. Images are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers.
• Storage/Photos: Used to save generated PDF reports, invoices, or screenshots to your device at your request.
• Network Access: Used to load advertisements and update the error code database.

4. Data Retention

We prioritize "Local First" architecture. Data related to your HVAC calculations, job history, and custom notes is stored locally on your device. We do not store this data on our external servers. If you delete the App, this local data will be permanently lost.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

For users in the EEA/UK: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You can manage your ad consent preferences directly within the App settings (under "Ad Preferences") or your device settings.
