Terms of Use - Flux HVAC

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Flux HVAC mobile application (the "App") operated by milyo.tech ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Professional Use & Safety Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

WARNING: HVAC work involves high voltage electricity, high-pressure gases, and potentially dangerous equipment. Improper use can result in severe injury or death.

a. Not Professional Advice: The App provides calculations (e.g., superheat, subcooling), error code lookups, and diagnostic suggestions based on standard industry formulas and generic data. It is intended to assist trained professionals but does not replace professional training, official manufacturer manuals, or local building codes.

b. No Liability for Damages: You agree that milyo.tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to HVAC equipment, personal injury, loss of revenue, or incorrect diagnostics resulting from data provided by the App.

c. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and diagnostics against the official manufacturer's specifications before performing any work.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (including source code, design, algorithms, graphics, and compiled databases) are the exclusive property of milyo.tech and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features ("Pro" or "Unlock All Features") via In-App Purchases or Subscriptions.

Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

6. Third-Party Links and Ads

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., advertisements via Google AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
